Start your web design from "Top Choice" with a one time initial "base" fee. TCWD's current base fee is $55. This fee is non-refundable and non-deductable from your selected payment plan. The base fee includes a basic template of your website. Design layout, website features, and customized text are completed once a payment plan has been selected.
